(Roam around Tokyo with style.... payong.... hahahaha....)
2nd day sa kabihasnan... TOKYO!!!
Had a good sleep in the hotel bed while the TV is still on..
Nagising ako around 6:30 with no alarm, so not a bad way to wake up na din... pero feeling ko nagising lang din ako dahil sobrang lamig... hahaha...
na-on ko nga pala ung AC after kong mag bath tub, and medyo nasanay sa apartment ko sa Osaka na namamatay automatically ung AC after 3hrs.
The weather forecast for that day for Tokyo is whole day rain.... (BTW sobrang accurate ng weather reports nila so no choice kundi maniwala)
Kung hindi ka nga naman sweswertihin... hahahaha..
But NOOO... kumilos na ko before pa ko totally madown... and kailangan ko na din mag almusal para maka rami sa breakfast buffet and imeet si Hayashi san sa lobby ng hotel after..
(TMI : Hindi ako naligo this time.. iniisip ko kasi kung maliligo ako anlamig... magblower pa ko ng buhok bago mag almusal...and it will take time so i decided not to, tutal naligo naman na ko nung kinagabihan) hahahahaha...
After breakfast, bumalik sa room then baba ulet with my things and meet Hayashi san a bit later. We went to the station near the office ulet to meet Saito san. ¥400 for the whole day na..
On our way to out first stop, narealize ko kung gano ka efficient ng tren dito....as in pangarap kong maging ganto sa Pilipinas... someday.... soon.... sooonest.....
1st Stop : Tokyo Sky Tree
Price Ticket : Around (¥2500medyo pricey, peo c/o Saitoh san ung ticket... yey)
Ayon sa source, Saito san... nag chip in ung mga ibang boss and ung iba na nde makakasama for my Tokyo Sight seeing... so mukang madami dami xang baon.. weeee....
What i enjoyed most : If you are Ghibli Fan, may Official Ghibli store malapit dito... may malaki silang Totoro...
Naenjoy ko din ung Christmas decor nila sa place...and ung mga Japanese pattern ng walls and windows as well as the elevator from Edo Era daw.. (trivia lang ni Saito san.. pero i dont have idea what year ang Edo Era, peo totoo namang maganda)
Medyo maulan, and makapal ung fog so wala ka din maxado makikita from inside the Viewing Deck. (which is the main purpose sana of the entrance ticket)
Pero overall ang nice ng feeling to see Tokyo streets kahit papano and bridges sa paligid neto... At ung Asahi Beer Tower na mukang golden toge...hehehe..
2nd Stop : Asakusa
Price Ticket : FREE
What i enjoyed most :
The two japanese I am with taught me how to prepare myself before entering the temple.. First you have to go to the incense and draw the smoke to your body.. It attracts good luck daw and repels evil. Then afterwards pag amoy insenso ka na, pupunta ka naman dun sa hugasan ng kamay.. you can also drink from it too. It symbolizes naman na you should clean your self first before praying. Then lastly pwede ka na pumunta sa may door nung temple to pray. May clap routine pa before praying na tinuro din nila saken on the spot. It was really fun and intersting to learn other peoples culture...
Pag good ung fortune mo you get to keep the paper, peo pag bad kailangan mo xang itali dun sa parang sampayan sa gilid.. It was really interesting...
Ung street din pala papasok ng temple has many stores for omiyage/Ipasalubong, medyo ok na din ung price nila dito. And madaming variety ng items na pwede ipang pasalubong. So ok na din mamili dito...
3rd Stop : Akihabara
Akihabara is the place for people who loves anime, manga, toys, gadgets etc... In japan they are called Otaku.
I requested to go to Akihabara para bumili ng Funko Pop toys kaso waley akong nabili kahit isang toy... huhuhu.. nag sisi ako bat nde ko binili ung K-ON na figures kahit ung si Yui chan lang..
Nag Maid Cafe din pala dito.. Ung mga naka maid custome na Japanese girls and they would treat you as their masters.
Food Price : @Maid Cafe... medyo mahal.. like ung isang Coffee Latte nasa 500 yen each.. e para lang xang ung sa vendo na tig 100 yen... hehehe...
What i enjoyed most : You are not allowed to take pictures of the maids. peo they give free polaroid photo of you and your chosen maid. pero sa tunay na buhay, nasayangan ako sa ginastos ni Saito san sa maid cafe... like 30mins lang kame ata naupo dun.. ordered parfait and cake peo naka 7500 yen na kame.. o diba.. ang mahal..
Last Stop : Tokyo Tower
kaso not during rainy nights...
Price Ticket : ¥900 for adult.
What i enjoyed most : i really like night lights of the city.. I like taking photos of it too... kahit medyo foggy tinry ko pa din kumuha ng ibang shots and i think ok naman ung iba... AND if given a chance ulet.. babalik talga ako sa Tokyo Tower.
After all the sight seeing, nag dinner kame sa yakiniku restaurant... then binalikan na namin ung bag ko sa train station coin locker.. Yun.. end of Part 2.
